Some of our past projects have required things like: dozens of shoots at locations all over Gauteng while coordinating venues and models and various photographers to get the shots; or shooting events taking place in several cities at the same time and delivering for press release immediately after the event. In short we are well positioned in the major cities and experienced at going the distance to get the shot. We will suggest the most practical and cost effective solution for all of the shots you need. Handling large productions generally includes things like: helping determine client requirements; conceptualising and setting up shot lists; generating project plans and detailed production schedules; managing models and releases; arranging locations and other artists for makeup and styling. We have also created some pretty good creative proposals for some very impressive clients. We have been fortunate to work with some really big clients but a good portion of our work month to month is done for small businesses and individuals. We understand how to be smart and provide value while working within a limited budget. We work to a standard, so we don’t cut corners that will affect the quality of the work we deliver. The last few years have seen a steady increase in requests for product shots for online stores. Sometimes the requirement is for consistently positioned products on a white background; sometimes it is clothing on models; or highly styled set-ups. We will be able to suggest the most appropriate approach and deliver images at the size and format you specify ready to use online. These type of solutions require a special consideration that depends on how we group shoots together and how regularly things are released. A stylist is someone who works closely with a photographer or creative director to create thoughtful, provoking images. The Art of Styling is about being a master composer working with light, texture, symphony, colour and space to help create a good image.
