The ProblemPeople are sleeping in an environment that is very unhealthy and as a result there is a good chance that guests are waking up in the morning with one or more of the following ailments as a result:        Stuffy nose                         Itchy red eyes •      Sneezes                     Wheezing or tight chest •      Headac. The Mattress Doctor has been in existance since 2007 The vast majority of beds in homes, hotels, hospitals etc. are not healthy places to sleep.  The reason for this is simple.  Every person sheds an average of 4.5 kilograms of skin per year while they are sleeping and leaves an average of 8 litres of sweat in a mattress.  This produces the ideal environment for dust mites and bacteria to live and breed.  These dust mites leave behind droppings which attract bacteria - all of this combines to create a very unhealthy and highly allergic sleeping environment.
