Today, Afhco Property Management is recognized as the leading managing agent of rental accommodation in the Johannesburg inner-city and its surrounds. The company works closely with other role players such as CID Forum, SAPS, various CID boards, JDA, CJP and the Johannesburg City Council while also being a founding member of the Johannesburg Property Owners and Managing Agents Association (JPOMA). Afhco Property Management ensures properties are well-managed, clean, and safe, thus creating an environment where tenants can feel proud of their homes. This is achieved through maintaining our relationships and communication with the tenant base, enforcing building rules, preventing overcrowding and noise pollution and through effective building maintenance.
