We’ve been around for a long time, making plant-based food and drink since well before the days it became fashionable. Here at Alpro we want to continue to change the way the world eats for the better by creating delicious, naturally healthy plant-based foods, for the maximum wellbeing of everyone and with the utmost respect for our planet. We manage two strong plant-based food & drink brands: Alpro and Provamel. Today, more than 1,100 people count themselves as Alpro People, and we collaborate with many more through partnerships across Europe. Cue the Alpro Social Fund, which was founded in 2012 to provide support to social and sustainability projects local to Alpro facilities. Managed by the King Baudouin Foundation, the fund allows Alpro employees and their families to get actively involved and give back to our communities. From this idea our simple, wholesome recipe for a soya drink was born, and with that an appetite for much, much more. Our vision is a world where more of what we eat comes directly from plants. By doing so we want to be a key contributor for making plant-based eating and drinking a mainstream choice. We took a popular coffee bar serving great coffee and food to put the demand for plantbased to the test. Alpro has always been a champion of the plant and we see our job as turning these good things into delicious products to eat, drink and enjoy.
