IAPA is an international community and trade association for experienced and qualified Aupair organizations that specialize in providing cultural exchange services. Member organization’s must meet firm business and ethical standards and in turn, agree to abide by IAPA’s code of conduct, which signifies competence, fair dealing and high integrity. On the Local front we run an agency called Aupairs Excusive. We place girls of all ages in local positions as Aupairs, child minders, night nurses and babysitters. She helps with general housework and childcare in exchange for room, board and pocket money. It is a great opportunity to live in another country, learn a new language and to experience a new culture. As an Aupair you will have a wonderful time traveling in Europe and Holland. Below are some typical responsibilities you will have in you job as an Aupair. Light housework such as vacuuming, ironing, light grocery shopping, tidying and cleaning up the house, cooking light meals etc. Babysitting activities can be undertaken over a maximum period of three evenings per week. The host family should also give the Aupair the necessary time off to enable her to be involved in religious worship and to attend church services. An Aupair will generally be expected to work on weekdays.
