We also manufacture bespoke products with exclusivity. Such as shelf life extensions in cakes, long life breads, superior soft rolls. Highly cost effective emulsion for instant release of bread (zero carbon build up). All available pan-greasing emulsions over time have detrimental results. Eventually forming insulation, making it necessary to increase the baking temperature of the ovens to compensate.
