BC Bridging Solutions (Pty) Ltd offers unique funding solutions to Sectional Title Bodies Corporate and works with its clients to achieve an operationally functional entity without prejudicing the paying owners within the Body Corporate. His career began at Rhodes where he tutored first-year Commercial Law students in 2010, and was then hired by the University to lecture Commercial Law to second-year BCom students in After completing his articles of clerkship at Moodie & Robertson Attorneys, he remained at the law firm as a Legal Professional for the duration of 2014, running his own High Court and Magistrates' Court trials and applications, and gaining high-level experience in company law, private property evictions, body corporate levy collections, municipal debt collections and pension fund disputes, amongst other areas. Since joining the BCBS team in June 2015, Fausto has established a highly systemised and functional legal department to monitor Body Corporate loans and levy collections, and the legal team which he manages offers high-level legal support to the BCBS group and its business. He consults closely with the BCBS group, and in a multitude of areas concerning the sectional title industry. Having graduated from the University of Natal, with a B.Comm degree, Justin began his business career as a portfolio manager at Gradwells Real Estate Management in Johannesburg. Their main business activities included property broking and residential Sectional Title development. Having completed a number of developments, the largest being the 201 unit Hazelwood complex, he formed his own company in At this point Justin decided to specialize, focusing all his business activities within the Sectional Title industry. His activities have included developing Sectional Title schemes, establishing various property syndications including a R260 million Sectional Title property portfolio. He has assisted various banks, most notably Standard, ABSA, First Rand and Nedbank with the development and implementation of the Joint Banks Sectional Title Training and Compliance Program. This program was implemented and managed by Voyager Property Management throughout the country in 2003/4. He has also conducted research on the establishment and maintenance of a national Sectional Title database on behalf of the Banking Association of SA Over the past seven years Justin has developed and established a financial lending package to assist financially distressed Bodies Corporate. These loan packages, which have as core elements a debtors rehabilitation program and a view that paying owners should not suffer any negative effects as a result of Body Corporate borrowing, have yielded fresh innovations in the financial arena of the Sectional Title industry. Justin has participated and continues to participate in a number of ground-breaking advancements within the Sectional Title industry. Johnny completed his Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) degree at the University of Cape Town in Having completed his degree Johnny furthered his studies in the United Kingdom gaining his Masters in Finance at the University of Exeter in During this period Johnny also completed the first and second levels of the CFA designation. Johnny left Nodus Capital to join Nexus Asset Management in 2010 and managed the Corporate Currency Hedging Portfolio and long short equity managed futures hedge fund with Kevin Shames. Johnny also provided support to the Body Corporate Specialised Opportunities Fund, a Fund which sole focus was on Sectional Title lending and the purchase of municipal rates in association with Justin Mason. Johnny joined Justin Mason in 2012 as a partner in the BCBS group. Lucinda started working in the Sectional Title industry with Justin Mason in 2006 and has completed various Sectional Title courses at the University of Cape Town with distinction. This includes the management of both the Johannesburg and Durban offices. Lucinda assists Johnny with various aspects pertaining to the administration and management of the BCBS loan book.
