Body Science is a personal training studio situated within the grounds of the prestigious Wynberg boys High School, in the leafy southern suburbs of Cape Town. Body Science Studio has great indoor and outdoor facilties which include, fields and cross country track, use of 25m outdoor pool, a fully equipped gym with strength and cardio equipment, squash courts and changing room and shower facilities. We have a more private and personal approach at Body Science studio with controlled member and trainer numbers in the studio with no overcrowding or waiting for any equipment. Body Science studio opened its doors in 2008 offering a more professional and specialized approach to training clients who include sportsmen and women training for triathlons or marathons to rugby players on conditioning or rehabilitation programmes or clients on our weight loss/ tone up programme. All our trainers are qualified professionals with a sporting background who have worked with many types of clientele from.
