Vicki started her career at Standard Bank where she worked for six years before finding her way into the Insurance Industry. She held various positions in this business until she went on maternity leave. Vicki currently heads up the Quality Assurance and Procurement divisions within CIB. Quality Assurance assists management to evaluate and improve business processes in order to ensure and support continuous improvement for the achievement of the company’s objectives. Brian retired from KPMG in 2013, where he was a senior partner for many years. Jon-Jon started his career at M&F as a claims consultant, and over a 2 year period become a broker consultant on both personal and commercial business. He then moved to Guardian National as a Commercial Sales Manager and later joined Alexander Forbes Risk Services as Regional Sales Manager. Jon-Jon’s journey with CIB started in 2001 when he was employed as Commercial Sales Manager. Now part of CIB’s executive team, and as Director of Sales and Marketing, he manages broker distribution, new business nationally and marketing for the company. His passion and wide range of sales experience gained over more than 25 years in the industry in a sales capacity unlocks an endless amount of doors for new business opportunities. Steven joined CIB in 2006 as the financial manager and was since promoted to Chief Financial Officer in His responsibilities stretch beyond the area of finance, including Information and Communications Technology. Wilhelm was seconded to Compass Insurance Company as Chief Underwriting Officer, managing a number of UMAs. His career has presented him with the unique understanding of the short-term market gained from a variety of angles. His vision is to grow the brand of CIB by continuing to build on its unparalleled understanding of the broker market. Douglas started his career in the insurance industry in 1990 and went on to found CIB in He has successfully led the evolution of CIB from a brokerage, to an administration hub for brokers, to an underwriting manager and ultimately a risk-carrying service provider.
