Simulated Stone is manufactured using a concrete mixture and oxides in a moulded wet cast process which gives the product its characteristic textures. Flagstones and tiles should ideally be installed on a wet screed (riversand/cement) mixture with an open joint finish. If grouted a wet plaster and cement grout should be used. Wall cladding should be installed using tile adhesive with an open joint finish and again using a plaster and cement grouting. Sealing is recommended to prolong the life and colour of the product.
