Having two SANAS accreditations for different types of calibration certificates, both for trade purposes and for clients working to ISO standards, puts Clover Scales amongst the elite of the scale companies operating in Southern Africa. We are in a position to supply weighing equipment from laboratory balances up to a 100 tonne weighbridge and issue SANAS certificates for the same, all done in house. A level 3 BEE company, we draw on a large pool of experience and talent, with many of our employees and directors having been with the company in excess of 20 years, and many more in the industry for more than 30 years. Our two SANAS accreditations mean that the work done to issue calibration certificates is always at the highest level of integrity and standards are maintained by regular and rigorous in house training. Clover Scales strives to assist management in collating information from the shop floor and into the manager’s office to free up management for other functions. We want to take your weighing problems off your list of jobs to do. Service is an ethos at Clover Scale as we believe that good service rightfully brings its own reward. We offer honest, reliable sales advice prior to the purchase of your weighbridge. Our weighbridge is unique in that it is a modular design, therefore easy to transport, install and if necessary, re-locate to a new position, hassle free. 25.1% of Clover Scales belongs to its previously disadvantaged employees, via the Clover Scales Empowerment Trust. Having two SANAS accreditations, (Calibration and Verification) allows us to calibrate, verify, repair and maintain your scales on site. We offer Preventative Maintenance Contracts on all types of scales, with contract visits ranging from 1 visit per annum to 12 visits per annum, and we can tailor a Preventative Maintenance Contract to your needs. Certificates will be issued after each visit, allowing Clover Scales to take responsibility for your weighing needs. A general feedback report will be issued on the scales that need repair or replacement. Our service customers always come first and have preferential response time for call outs. We undertake cost effective repairs to all makes of scales in our fully equipped branch or on-site with qualified technicians. We can offer on site calibrations for balances/scales of any make. Industry standard indicates that you should have your balances/scales calibrated at least once per year. We can offer on site verifications for existing scales of any capacity. Verifications on new scales supplied at the time of order are also available. We offer calibration of weights, as well as cleaning and adjusting. Refurbishment of existing scales from mechanical to electronic or updating old technology to something new.
