Cut to Black Media is a fully integrated communications agency with a diverse portfolio of work, dedicated to assisting clients in the public, private and NGO sector communicate with their stakeholders. Established in 2002, we are a Level 2 BEE company and Qualifying Small Entity in terms of the sector Charter. Working across a range of disciplines we have a pool of talent that enables us to bring our clients' messages to life and achieve their communication and business objectives. In a rapidly evolving industry, we've adopted an innovative business model that transcends the traditional lines between internal and external communication, above and below the line advertising, because in the end, it's the client's bottom line that really counts. We are loud, and proud, of our support for our country, and our continent, and are committed to working for the greater good. Like so many really wonderful South African creations, our story starts with a fire, and bottle. Two friends lamenting why our country sucked at communicating the Myriad amazing things we’ve achieved.One was a relatively successful journalist and the other was a organisational development consultant. In those wonderfully optimistic times, we set ourselves three goals. Always support our country, and our people, and treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve. We believe business can and will positively impact our country’s future growth. We believe in creating good work that is able to drive integrated marketing and business objectives, in a cost effective way, while putting social responsibility and impact, first. As a black owned and run business, we understand the need to support other entrepreneurs and create meaningful, sustainable employment. We’re making the circle bigger by providing free infrastructure, billable work, and technical and mentoring support to one new black owned business every year, and growing our network of agencies that believe in our country, our people, and the power of good.
