Mark Stollar, Operations and Sales Manager (Director) brings 4 years sales and operation experience to the business. Sophia studied Hair Dressing in the Untied States and owned successful salons in Chicago and Cape Town for a number of years. Gavin is an MBL graduate from UNISA and brings 20 years of IT, operational and strategic business management experience. Gavin completed his articles at one of the big five auditing companies. He then worked for 15 years as both the Group IT manager stationed in Chicago and later in Cape Town for one of the largest container manufacturing & leasing companies in the world. He was responsible for aligning the company’s Information Technology strategy with its corporate strategy. He performed regular gap analysis’ to determine where the company was at then and where it needed to be. This resulted in numerous projects being implemented to achieve this goal. Standardising the groups productivity software including rolling out a leading a Enterprise Resource Planning system. He then started his own Information technology company Digital Lifestyle which offered IT and business strategic management consulting services. Within the first few months of operations Gavin was seconded as a consultant to review the Information Technology environment for the leading Auctioneering Company in South Africa. The review identified numerous problems and opportunities for the organization to leverage off technology. This led to numerous IT projects being implemented including documenting, improving and automating all their business processes. Despite being a consultant Gavin was awarded the Tile of IT director for the group. Gavin remained with the organization for just under two years. He then started a new company Diva Divine Hair as he identified a potentially lucrative gap in the market. Nick Dester, Non Executive Director (Legal Advisor) BA (Hons) LLB brings 25 years legal experience to the business. Willie studies carpentry through a leading commercial carpentry business, he brings 10 years technical experience to the business, which he has now tailored specifically for Diva Divine in manufacturing and workshop processes. Diva Divine offers all the standard services available from a conventional salon (see below), however our weaving, strand by strand and wig installation are our specialty. Diva Divine (DD) is SA’s leading brand in hair extensions and wigs (Indian, Brazilian,Peruvian, Cambodian and Malaysian).
