The fees are agreed per Client, and are based on the extent of the activity required of Douglas Investments. Generally the fee consists of a basic annual fee to cover the fiduciary responsibility, together with a professional time based fee to the extent required. property sales & purchases, portfolio management, audit, tax advice etc) are charged for separately according to the tariff of the professional service provider consulted. Internationally, Douglas Investments has associated itself with a Trust company called Clermont Consultants (CH) SA who are based in Geneva but also have representative offices just outside London. Douglas Investments is able to introduce clients to Clermont's services for offshore Trust and fiduciary services. Our offering is client specific and according to the mandate agreed with each client.
