Dynamic Intertrade is a Food manufacturing company involved in the cultivation, manufacture, import and distribution of herbs, spices, seasonings and confectionary products. Guided by a team of seasoned traders, Dynamic trades in a full range of quality herbs, spices and seasonings at competitive prices, in strategically placed warehouses in Cape Town. Dynamics rigid and efficient logistics system allows us to service our customers no matter where they are located in Southern Africa with minimal lead times. The factory is FSSC compliant and we have full traceability on our products, from farmer to fork, through the use of SAP Business One system. Our in house laboratory is headed by our Quality Assurance Manager who is supported by two quality controllers. The laboratory has the capability to test for microbiology, aflatoxins, ASTA’s and moistures in house. Our experienced quality control team offer great value to the company and have the ability to formulate and develop blends according to customer requirements. We have a range of mills allowing us to mill a wide range of products. We can mill a coarse cut, fine or powdered product which are sieved to meet your requirement. Speciality recipes can also be formulated by our Quality department to meet a customers specific needs. Mark Neilson (54) is a qualified Food Technologist with 31 years experience in the General Foods, Meat, Beverage and Dairy industry. His experience includes Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Product Management, Sales of ingredients from non-functional to functional ingredients. He has spent many years in the Flavour industry as well as Spice Blending Industry and more recently Functional Modified Starch Industry. Mark has held Positions such as Sales and Marketing Director in the Flavour Industry and Managing Executive of a Division of one of the largest Groups in SA focussing on Spices and Spice blends as well as representing a number of international Food Ingredient Principals. Rob Scott (46) is independent non-executive director, Chairman of Audit and Risk and the Chairman of the Business Development Committees. Rob has over 20 years of finance experience with the last ten years specifically focused in Africa within the mining industry and general investments. He has held executive and senior positions with a number of companies, as well as served on a number of public and private company boards. He has been involved in companies in South Africa, Angola, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, DRC, CAR, Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Niger and Namibia amongst others. Rob has also previously been involved in hotels, agriculture, shipping, consumer products, and construction amongst many other industries. David Lenigas is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a wide range of board experience in both public and private companies. He has an extensive knowledge of the African food manufacturing, processing and marketing sector having previously served as the Executive Chairman of Lonrho Plc and is currently the Executive Chairman of food logistics and marketing group AfriAg Global Plc.
