EL Shaddai World Ministries is a dynamic international teaching ministry reaching several nations in Africa and the world. Apostle Charles Magaiza who is the founder and President, leads the Ministry. He also pastors El Shaddai Family churches, a fast growing non-denominational church. El Shaddai World Ministries has a God-ordained mandate to transform the world. We are called to present the simplicity of the Gospel to the lost, to disciple nations, to feed the hungry, to clothe the poor, minister to the elderly, widows and orphans, visit prisoners and reach out to people of all ages. God Has called us to declare His power to all nations for His Kingdom is not in word only but in power. Our mission is to prove to the world the Lordship of Jesus and help people discover their full purpose and potential in Christ in all areas of life. What he meant was you are born with a particular make that mark you to who you are, It is who you are to the core. Some people never become who they are, they conform to the state of others and they end up wearing a mask that hides their true nature. We cannot talk about deep call unto deep without seeking Jesus. God wants us as women to be influential so that we can influence others. A woman has the ability to influence many in her sphere of influence, but many women have not come to the realization of the awesome abilities that God has put in them and so they fail to influence many that are in their sphere of influence. The Lord spoke to Pastor Juliana Magaiza and gave her a vision and a mission to touch the lives of women and minister to their lives. There is a special grace and a special anointing upon her life to minister to women and nurture them and help them to discover their God-given destiny. Raising women of influence in the nations through training, coaching, nurturing and equipping women of all ages to fulfill their God- given mandate. We win them to Christ, nurture them through training, discipleship, teaching and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. The ultimate aim is a change of mindset so that women realize what God intended them to be and the inherent gifts that God has placed in them. Women who can handle what ever stage they are in life: Equipped to handle life. Women who are successful at any stage of life from youth to old age. As E-Teens we strive to live according to the word. To know the word inside and out, so that we can go into the world and be of good influence to those around us. We understand that we are the light of the world because we carry the Spirit and that is why we do not accept things like peer pressure. We use the word of God as a shield against any challenge thrown at us in this stage of life. Once a month on Saturdays we meet at the Mega church to engage in activities like Bible study, watching Christian movies, and bible quiz.
