A four bedroom house with a large living area situated in Kyalami estate, bar, cellar and everything you need for comfortable living and a lot of entertainment. Northern entrance, large fall and triangular shape of the stand, combined with the Southern view were some of the design challenges. The slick design of the shopfitting, kitchen and finishes complement the architectural design. The superb location had to be enhanced by a mood that makes their generally young staff feel confident and inspired while having all the comfort required to perform at their best. We were commissioned to design a Flagship store for an exquisite brand named Cuisinart. The client was looking for a cut above the ordinary. And this was very much the concept behind this flagship store. Essar accepted the challenge to design the interior of this unique flagship store. The store was designed with a bit of poetry and practical luxury, and maybe a touch of colour. Grace and elegance are the main effects created with the French style inspired decor. The brief was to design a new & modern building for a theatre, an art gallery and a hotel. The complex had to host traditional and experimental theatrical performance. The old theatre had to be incorporated in the design. The project was extremely complex due to the scale and high-tech facilities required. The design combined a slick but suggestive interpretation of African motives with Hi-tech elements. Showing unique features and sophisticated finishes the project won numerous professional awards.
