Exi-dent Autobody is a registered
close corporation, which has been operational since 2002. Our core focus is to
deliver a high quality service, efficiency and price competitiveness. We
continuously strive for excellence.
We are proud to be a BBBEE level 1
graded company, thus striving to empower people and promoting equality. We are
focused on operating in an environmentally friendly manner. Our logo signifies
life through the use of the colour green and the blue representing water. We
feel very strongly about taking responsibility for our actions as a business
and have therefore put rigorous measures in place, through training and
technologically advanced machinery, to control the risk of contamination and
promoting a lower carbon footprint and an overall focus on operating with the
environment in mind.
Heading up Exi-dent Autobody is
Thulani Advocate Mthembu whom is 33 years of age and his affinity for cars
started at a very young age when he used to draw and design cars. Thulani
graduated as a motor mechanic and started his career as a taxi driver to raise
capital and start his own company. Working tirelessly, he managed to raise
capital and started Exi-dent Autobody (Initially known as Tele-trix auto but
has since been rebranded) with over 10 years’ experience in spray painting and
his dedication in great customer service, thulani loves what he does and the
industry he works in.
The company consists of 9 members of
staff of which 3 are women. The team members are skilled and reflect commitment
to the distinction of automotive repairs and customer service. The management
of Exi-dent Autobody has diverse experience within the motor industry. Exi-dent
Autobody uses high quality equipment, which has received approval by most major
car manufacturers.
Our workshop is approximately 1500m2
and situated in Johannesburg, Selby.
We pledge to develop high quality
vehicle repairs services through the pursuit of ethical principles,
uncompromised quality and service excellence.

Products
At Exi-dent Autobody we use a range
of ultra-high performance waterborne colours and mix the paints ourselves on
our premises. This ensures the right colour matching, fast turnaround time and
passes a lot on saving which is added convenience to our customers.
In addition to our above expertise,
we are also focused on operating in an environment friendly manner. We have
rigorous measures in place, through training and tech savvy machinery, to
control the risks of contamination and promoting a lower carbon footprint.
Exi-dent Autobody is approved by the
South African Motor Body Repair Association (SAMBRA), The Retail Motor Industry
Association (RMI), we are also approved as a KIA MOTORS repairer, and NISSAN
and TOYOTA CARE are still pending. We are merchants for standard bank fleet
services (SAPS), we are listed on the Assist 24/7 database and have been
awarded a 5 star rating. The above mentioned associations represent the
interest of the collision repair industry in South Africa

- We specialize in repairing damaged bodywork. Our qualified artisans have vast
experience and are all fully trained to carry out a range of repairs to restore
vehicles. We use the latest equipment and focus on continuous improvement to
ensure we are using the best technology available.

SPRAYPAINTING:
- We do all aspects of spray painting in our workshop and try to make the
vehicle repair process as stress free as possible.

CUSTOM
PAINT REPAIR: - For smaller parts where the vehicle has been damaged in a car
park or by a trolley.

PANEL
REPLACEMENT:- If a vehicle’s panel/s have been too badly damaged as a result of
an accident, we will liaise with the customer to fully explain our process and
costs and upon approval, we remove and replace the respective panels

PAINTLESS
DENT REMOVAL (PDR):- This is one of our most popular services because we use
advanced paint less dent removal techniques. Utilising this technique results in
a quicker turnaround time and lowers the overall costs of the customer.

AUTO-GLAZE:-
A true glaze is a product that does not contain any abrasives therefore it is
