Fighting Fit Central has been changing peoples lives since March 2005. Focussing on the unique needs of kids through to adults. Fighting Fit Central offers dynamic & potent training in Magua  ITF Taekwon-Do which is an all round effective style. Fighting Fit Central also offers a great cardio Kick boxing programme for members who seek the fitness side of the martial arts without the contact.

Taekwon-Do and the first to achieve this rank in his organisation. As well as having been and trained national and international medallists, his passion for helping people improve their lives by reaching for their goals is his main inspiration for the club. The aim is to improve lives in and out of the martial arts, through the intensive physical and mental training of I.T.F. At fighting Fit Central we cater for your unique needs.
