Flowerzone, originally Sakkas Flower is a family owned business specialising in the wholesale of fresh cut flowers and floral accessories for over 45 years. Through strategic allegiances and acquisitions, of which Multiblooms is of particular note, we have grown from a small family concern, located at the Pretoria Fresh Produce Market, to a major role player in the floral industry in South Africa. Flowerzone takes pride in providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. We currently are situated in Johannesburg at the Multiflora Flower Market in City Deep as well as in Pretoria in close proximity the Fresh Produce Market. We have a combined packaging and distribution facility of over 1200 metres square. Both of our premises have been ideally set up to facilitate efficient sorting, packaging and distribution of flowers. Furthermore, our locations have the latest cold room facilities. In addition we have arrangements in place with a reputable courier firm for overnight delivery of flowers to all other destinations in South Africa and its neighbouring countries. Our floral exports have been extensively growing within the African Market. We currently supply florist, flower distributors and wholesalers in Botswana, Ghana, Malawi, and Mozambique. Our product arrives at our foreign clients with the least amount of handling because of our close proximity to OR Tambo International Airport. We have a reputable perishable cargo agent at the Multiflora Complex, which is also responsible for pre-booking of cargo space at a reasonable rate. Our core team of resources at Flowerzone have extensive experience in sourcing and buying the best products at the best market related prices at any given time. Furthermore, our team of salespeople have a vast array of flower knowledge and are able to provide expert advice and service at all times. Flowerzone Flowers is 100% BEE owned and our staff compliment is also 100% BEE. Our services extend to Floral arrangements, design of mixed flower bunches & in store merchandising of our products.
