I have been attending sugar art and cake baking and decorating classes at Gill's Cake studio for the past three years. Gill taught me so much and is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in her field. I have learned sugar flowers, piping skills and baking , and is still learning with every new class we do. I look forward to every class and am priviledged to learn from a skilled chef of her calibre.Retha Basham, Centurion
