Special regards to you all. I hope this letter finds you all well. My name is Petros Lyson and I am Principal and Director of Hillcrest International School an Independent Private School situated in Ferndale Randburg.

Though our school is classified Private it is important to note that the school is not serving those very affluent families that people mostly associate with private schools. Our school is in actual fact serving all children the majority being those coming from lower middle class families whose parents are mostly from the working class. A number might be coming from parents who run some small businesses but are still to make their mark in the economic world. The covid-19 pandemic has even worsened their financial predicament. It is therefore in this context that such parents cannot afford to pay fees that are fully commensurate with a high-quality education that is an envy of many. The fees charged are therefore with reservations in order to make education affordable to all folk.

The school therefore believes that if there are well wishers out there with generous hands, they can help our school to make dreams come true. Dreams of affording quality education to all the learners under our custody. The following will go a long way in assisting us to provide quality education:
