Our vision is simple: to exceed our customers’ expectations every time. Tinyiko Mabasa is the managing director of the holding company. He is involved in the day to day running of the business and sourcing of new clients. He has a very hands on approach and is involved in every area of the business including daily administration, client relationship management and overseeing all projects. Tinyiko has a Traffic diploma with TPA College and a Business Management diploma wit Excel college. He worked for the Johannesburg Metropolitan Council for over twenty-five years, thus demonstrating the stability required to lead a growing company. He has performed extremely well by leading the business through many challenges and acquiring many clients, keeping their confidence high in the company and providing unmatched service. She holds a Masters in Business Administration in marketing and strategy. She brings with her a different and edgy take on the business. She believes in minimalistic but high quality work and will add value to the team by ensuring that Hlayi Deco becomes a brand that is synonymous with quality and class. She is also a qualified medical doctor and is an independent healthcare consultant. She is responsible for all marketing elements of the business and is part of the customer facing team. Paul Nkosi is the Project Manager of Hlayi Trading. Paul is well equipped to develop and manage all financial and commercial aspects of project mangement and has worked for the likes of Grinaker-Lta, Katcon and Billion Construction. He has handled multi-million rand projects including housing developments, Sun City Entertainment Centre, Orlando Stadium, Boutique Hotel just to mention a few. Calvin Chauke is the Project Manager of Hlayi Trading. He is responsible for managing projects, including the management of teams of builders, painters, plumbers, carpenters, ceiling and partitioning teams, paving, renovations and flooring teams. Calvin also undertakes the capturing of quotations, assessment of worksites and customer relations. He is responsible for driving employees to various worksites, buying of materials, management of company vehicles, management of the attendance register and ensuring all Health & Safety signage and company branding is in place.
