Finally, this data is inserted into the database, and the Scandigo system starts a watch process on the file until its expiry date, when it is deleted. If there are injuries, do not move the vehicles until the police arrive. Ensure that your vehicle details are fully completed e.g. The correct SAPS reference number must be provided. Any extras fitted to the vehicle must be listed and proof of purchase and installation supplied. It must be noted that, whilst we can immediately start to process the claim we still need the following documentation in order to settle your claim. If the vehicle is the subject of a Hire purchase agreement, we need a letter from the bank or relevant institution confirming the outstanding balance. In the event of your geyser or pipe burstring, turn off the water mains to minimise damage. Make sure the occupants of the house are safe and evacuate the home immediately if the fire is out of control.
