Arriving early allows them the opportunity to preview the flowers and check for quality before they are auctioned. Once we have our bountiful load, our reliable staff dispatch the flowers to 1 of our 3 retail outlets. When they get to the shop the flowers are cautiously unpacked, cleaned, separated, mixed and displayed beautifully on the our shop floors. Never have u seen such an explosive array of color. Over the last ten years Impala Flora has provided a number of retail chains with flowers for sale within their prospective stores. Twenty five years of experience allows Impala Flora to understand how to identify the best quality and negotiate the best rates from both the fresh produce market as well as directly from the farmers. Whilst the retail chains have enjoyed the high quality of the products provided, their staff do not have the training and expertise required to maintain quality and provide a range of specialised mixed bunches and arrangements, as a dedicated flower shop or florist would. As a result the quality and range are often lacking and customer satisfaction has been low. The provision of a full flower market (Self contained flower shop) either outside the entrance to a Spar or inside at the entrance, provides a sensual draw card to potential shoppers both visually and fragrantly. Currently the majority of retail chains that sell flowers within their stores only provide mixed bunches in a small area. Impala proposes a whole range of flowers, arrangements, pot plants and accessories that have been successfully sold for years. In addition each Spar has the ability to provide for functions, weddings and deliveries.
