Before starting Intelesi Arlene pursued a varied career in teaching, academia, the NGO sector, and private higher education. She continues to nurture her passion for education, empowerment and skills development with idea generation and networking and collaboration at the forefront of her many capabilities. Member: Geraldine Martin has been a member of Intelesi since She is also currently registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as a Counselling Psychologist. These positions have contributed to her ability to plan, implement and monitor projects, and predict project risk with her intrinsic process-orientated approach. Her role in Intelesi extends to material development, editing and quality assurance as well as project management. She executes these roles with a sharp analytical mind, careful attention to detail, and a passion for acquiring knowledge and deep understanding. Her responsibilities include material development and editing at Intelesi. She approaches her tasks with a creative mind, an enthusiasm for new ideas, and an interest in education and development. Our customised solutions cover a broad range of offerings from curriculum development and learning material to facilitation. Our primary offering in this category is the development of customised learning material that supports specific organisational objectives. With this option, organisations can choose the look and feel of their material and collaborate through the development process.
