Jane Green Catering focuses on medium to large corporate events, for up to 500 guests, as well as smaller company functions and private dinner parties. The food is carefully prepared beforehand, but it is not cooked until Jane is on the site. The final preparation and plating takes place in the client's kitchen, as the client is greeting the guests. Jane Green Catering uses only the freshest, seasonal ingredients, and these are displayed and plated by Jane Green in her innovative artistic style. This ensures that the food is piping hot, appetizing, crisp, original and elegant. Jane prides herself on being able to cook anywhere, under any conditions, and still produce a high class meal. One of the reasons why people constantly return to Jane Green Catering is because the food is cooked in the client’s kitchen and presented elegantly and piping hot at the table. Jane plans and prepares each meal beforehand but it is only cooked at the last minute to ensure that it is straight from the oven to the table. Jane Gree n Catering is not a catering company for the masses; she offers a very personal touch to any catering event. The meal is carefully discussed with the client beforehand, and the client’s budget, food requirements and tastes are considered and adhered to. Once the food is cooked to perfection in your kitchen, it is passed around to the guests by Jane's waiters. This eliminates any hiring costs as Jane brings in all the necessary crockery and cutlery required. Camembert phyllo cigars served with a fresh berry coulis and strawberries. Cocktail sausages glazed with orange marmalade and topped with toasted sesame seed.
