Annual Talent Showcase held in Johannesburg Monte Casino, which brings Talent from all over South Africa to showcase their performance abilities to International Scout Kim Myers (Director of ARTS),for an opportunity to be scouted to represent South Africa at The Applause Rising Talent Showcase in the following year.
-The International Talent Showcase (ITS).
Talent management, providing talent for Commercials, Fashion Weeks, Theater productions, Editorials, Short Films and more.
-Just You Artists.
The Applause Rising Talent Showcase, or ARTS, is a family owned and operated international organiza. Our talent can be seen on local TV, Runways, billboards and international entertainment mediums.

She has earned her stripes as being South Africa’s Exclusive agent for New York Film Academy and the South African Director for the ARTS International Expo (Orlando, FL). Her skills are not only measured practically but educationally as well, with the following certificates and qualifications: Int/Runway, Choreography (Runway, Fashion), Judging, Tv Commercial, Soap Opera, Photographic Modeling, Part Modeling and Print. Elsubie has a passion for the entertainment industry and certainly one for making artists dreams come true. Assisting young talented artist with their dreams sparked great interest for Jeff and his journey with Just You Model and Artist Management began in Based on prior management of corporate teams he works on ensuring that the Team at JUST YOU goes the extra mile to deliver measurable results. Sam started her first degree in photography while working for a project management company where she also gained a project management certificate and experience in event management and marketing. During this period she also ran her own events company for live music in and around Johannesburg until she achieved her first national diploma, which lead her to begin studying her international diploma in photography. It was soon after this that Sam began working for the Fashion line Dore and gained an excessive amount of knowledge in fashion and modeling. After a year Sam opened her own studio and specialized in Model Portfolios and events, working large scale events such as Mrs. South Africa and Dore. Sam in now the head booker and scout for Just You Talent agency and holds 2 photography degrees specializing in portraits and conceptual. Her qualifications include ND Journalism, Human Resources Management, Project Management and is a qualified Indian Classical Dancer with extensive experience in other genres including Bollywood, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Pole Dancing and Aerial Silks. She graduated from Geetanjali Academy of the Arts, where she received accolades for Most Dedicated Dancer and Best Dancer. She was the founder of her own company called Triya Dance Company (PE based), and has performed at many cultural, corporate and government events, and has participated in many dance festivals namely PE Harbour festival, Splash festival, PE Opera House Dance Festival and the Grahamstown Eisteddfod. She also competed at the National Pole Trix Competition 2016 where she received a gold medal for her performance. Some of the highlights of her dancing career was performing for and meeting Nelson Mandela, and travelling to Chennai, India in 2005 to study dance over a period of 3 months. Since relocating to Johannesburg in 2014 she joined Oriental Fire Entertainment as a dancer and has also been pursuing an acting career through Just You Model and Artist Management. With training in Modeling and have attended workshops in Theatre and ARTS, Elouise keeps making sure that her knowledge of the industry is up to date, to share and guide young hopefuls. Lenus is Talent Scout for Just You Model and Artist Management and being an artist himself is able to see true potential in other eager artist wanting to be in the entertainment industry. Lawrence Passens is a Dancer, teacher and choreographer who has greatly impacted the dance scene in South Africa. Lawrence specializes in the performing aspects of creating and improving the visuals put together by artist specializing in movement., Lawrence has choreographed for productions and musicals but is most noted for as an energetic performer and memorable entertainer. One of his most Highlighted moments in his career was when he placed 14th in the World at Hip Hop Dance to Las Vegas World Championship and valiant effort for a first try he reckons. Hilgard achieved the highest performance awards from Agents, Casting Directors, Managers, Record Labels and Producers at the International ARTS Convention, Orlando Florida, USA.
