Le Morgan is the largest and most prestigious direct marketing organization of its kind in Southern Africa. For the past 19 years we have marketed exclusively designed homeware products such as dinnerware, cookware, cutlery, glassware and selected electrical appliances on a direct selling basis for cash or on terms. We recently started to acquire high quality aluminium and stainless steel cookware from a local manufacturer. This is very exciting for us as it means that we no longer need to source these products from abroad, but can rather help empower our nation by creating employment and sell South African made products made by South Africans. Our Head office is located in Kya Sands, Gauteng and we also have a number of sales offices in all the major cities in South Africa. In terms of logistics we have our own distribution center in Gauteng with a large fleet of vehicles. Le Morgan launched a new division in 2014, Sweet Dreams, focusing on luxury bedding sets and linen. This division is based in Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal. To us success means to be the first choice in Direct Sales in our markets, to earn the esteem of our customers, to identify visibly with our markets and to maintain an equitable work environment which encourages, recognizes and rewards success. We do not offer a replacement warranty on our linen products unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Replacements can be purchased at 50% of the current selling price. If a product line is no longer available, a suitable replacement product can be purchased. We do not offer a warranty on our luggage unless damaged due to a manufacturing defect. We do not offer a warranty on our bakeware unless damaged due to a manufacturing defect. We do not offer a warranty on our glassware or the platinum stripes on our glassware unless damaged due to a manufacturing defect. If the product line is still available, a replacement can be purchased at 50% of the current selling price. Porcelain dinnerware or any of our dinnerware with metallic coatings is not microwave safe. If during the warranty period a product line is no longer available, a suitable replacement product can be purchased at 50% of the current selling price. Heat at medium high setting until the first trace of steam begins to escape from the lid. If steam is escaping from the lid after heat has been reduced, reduce heat to the lowest setting. If necessary, briefly remove the pan from the heat source or turn stove off for a short time to prevent overcooking or burning. Do not season the food until the cooking process is completed. The natural vitamins, flavours and mineral salts are retained inside the food. Cooking times for vegetables are highly variable and are comparable to those required for conventional stovetop cooking. The perfect cooking temperature (stove setting) is achieved when just a little steam escapes around the rim. If the temperature is too high, lots of steam will be escaping. If the temperature is too low, turn up the heat slightly. Sprinkle a few drops of water into the casserole or frypan. Once they form small balls (dancing water beads) the pan is ready. There is no need to add any kind of fat for browning meat, fish or poultry. Wait until it comes loose (2-4 minutes) as the pores close and juices are sealed in. As soon as the meat, fish or poultry no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan, turn it over to brown the other side. Place lid on casserole or frypan and reduce temperature to lowest setting after another 2 minutes. Depending on the recipe, add the remaining ingredients, cover and continue cooking until desired doneness is achieved. Always salt and season after the cooking process is completed.
