Samantha then worked in the public sector in East London where she attained much experience in a wide range of nutritional fields: intensive care management, surgery, internal medicine, burns, oncology, chronic life- style diseases management and paediatrics. She has also been involved in many multi-disciplinary ventures with regards to education and care for premature babies, breast feeding support and counselling, rehabilitation of stroke victims as well as leading weight loss groups. She has a passion for nutrition and assisting her clients to reach their goals in a practical and successful manner. In her spare time she enjoys playing the piano and cooking up a (healthy) storm in the kitchen!
