Metako Projex founder and partners have more than 13 years’ experience in the built-environment and construction industry. We work hand-in-hand with you to translate your vision into tangible architectural concepts. Concepts are mostly used to support business cases and funding applications in the process of property development. We develop the designs further to produce technical drawings for submission to the local authority and to hand over to other built-environment professionals like structural engineers and quantity surveyors. During the construction phase, we administer the contract to ensure that all parties are producing quality within the agreed timelines. These activities are performed in line with the 6 working stages of architecture. Overall we provide you with planning, design, costing, engineering, local authority approvals, quality assurance and project management of your building construction project. We have building teams that are made up of various trades that enable us to deliver fully completed buildings for our clients, like certified Bricklayers, Plumbers, Electricians, Painters, Steelworks, Glazing, Carpenters etc. We only use SABS approved building materials and we only work with accredited registered subcontractors. Occupational health and safety is a high priority in our industry and we comply with both the OSHAS act and the Construction Regulations. Our prime objective is to ensure the safety of everyone at work. We believe in being proactive at all times in avoidance of accidents within the workplace. We use a customer-centric approach that ensures that our service is tailored to the needs of our clients. All the products the we use on construction projects are SABS approved.
