At Multi Homes Aluminium we Specialise in Breaking-out of existing timber or steel windows, fixtures and/or doors, to replace them with Superior Aluminium Products instead. The responsibility to replace any curtains and/or blinds after we have completed our installation lies with the customer. Every care is taken to avoid damage or breakage to tiles but in the unlikely event of damage or breakage to tiles we can not be held responsible to replace or repair the damaged or broken tiles. Plaster repairs will only be done where existing plaster was damaged during the installation. Painting will be the responsibility of the customer and must be done as soon as possible after installation for protection against the elements, it is also necessary if any sealing is required. Exterior ONLY silicone sealing of the windows, fixtures and/or doors will be the responsibility of Multi Homes Aluminium. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that there is adequate cleared interior & exterior working space to do the installation.
