Muzuwa Investment Holdings started operating in Botswana in 1993 and has since expanded our operations into South Africa for the past five years, South Africa office being the Head Office.
Our Design Studio is fully equipped to produce interior design concepts, produce plans and working drawing of any type design.
Our projects team is experienced to oversee and control our installations and logistics throughout the region and mostly Botswana projects.
At the Head office we have: Interior Design Team, Project Management Team, Procurement and Logistics Team.

EM Projects Africa has recently launched a Property Investment Department to include in their portfolio. We realise the importance of diversification in our line of business and feel that property investment, hotel development and construction complement each other well. Our goal is to invest in distressed properties that need renovation using our Project Management team and either sold for profit or held for investment. Property development on ground level is also the other focus of this department. Identifying opportunities for investments within the commercial industry this includes developing mini-factories within business parks located in convenient industrial areas. With more than 16 years of experience in Shop-fitting and design build concepts, we are able to offer you the best and most cost effective solutions for your projects. Our projects team is experienced to oversee and control our installations and logistics throughout Southern African region. Our vision is to expand into the rest of Southern Africa. We are currently finalising contracts in other Southern African countries. EM Projects Africa started operating in Botswana in 1993 and has expanded our operations into South Africa. We have to date completed quite a number of hotels in Botswana as well as refurbishments of commercial buildings, between the value of 15-20 million(ZAR).
