In the immediate short term we will target people who are in the industry such as sales reps and reaction officers from other companies. We will also seek people who have influence in organizations they are involved in or in communities where they live in, with a view of getting contracts. Our target market will be private homes and small businesses to being with and then as we grow we will target bigger companies. In the long term we will be submitting proposals in response to advertised tenders, which will include government tenders. We will also submit proposal to a wide range of companies. We will pay commission or finder’s fee to people who bring in business to us if they are not employed by us. Our control room is fully equipped and should always comply with the provisions as set out for the industry including. Officers are provided with cell phones or radios as per clients’ requirement. We should keep stocks of equipment and uniforms necessary for the execution of prospective contracts. Our supervisors should ensure that the guards are in proper and complete uniform at all times, and should always have extra uniforms and equipment in case of unforeseen circumstances. We will put systems in place for proper recruitment of officers. We will take time to properly induct newly employed officers into the company and ensure proper site training, before commencement of contract.
