All mechanical and electronic work and re-spray was completed in-house. All our Used Machine Tools are refurbished according the to manufacture standard. As we specialise in LinuxCNC Integration we will also convert Redundant CNC Controls to the latest LinuxCNC Control. All used stock machines are refurbished and are demonstrated to our customer’s satisfaction. All mechanical and electronic work was completed in-house. Cleaned up the machine to the last screw, prepared and stripped off all old paint and re-coated with high quality 2K Paint. Slide-way grinding was completed in-house and alignment of all geometries; headstock, tailstock, turret and centre heights. Ballscrews were refurbished and ballscrew bearings were replaced. The problematic turreted PCB’s with reed switches were modified and replaced with proximity switches. X & Y Axis’ have independent MPG’s which create an ease of operation. Original servo motors and drives are capable of being integrated into the LinuxCNC control to save costs if required. Additionally all switchgear has also been replaced.
