Established in 1996, Rockridge Manor is an architectural masterpiece of raw brick, timber and atriums set in a beautiful 40 year old garden which is home to an incredible variety of birds. Luxurious, beautifully appointed double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer guests every comfort and facility they would expect. A stunning and secluded cottage is also available with self-catering facilities if one would prefer. In summer the breakfasts are served in the gazebo under the huge trees and on cooler days teas are served in the main lounge. At the end of the day, gather for a relaxing drink in the large English Pub and the experienced can practise their skills on the snooker table. Rockridge Manor provides the following accommodation and facilities: Three luxury double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Decorated in a true African theme to give the feeling of a typical luxury game lodge. A huge bathroom en suite has a full bath and shower set in a garden patio. Lots of skylights make it bright and warm with the comforts of an air conditioner and a queen sized bed, T.V., tea and coffee, snack trays and many personal extras, complete the theme. A sunken bathroom with shower has a glass roof to let the sun in all day and the rays of the moon by night! The bathroom also has underfloor heating and television. Almost as big as a house, this wonderfully private and secluded cottage consists of a huge bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom en suite with full bath and shower, beautifully furnished lounge and dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a patio for braais (barbeques) and its own DSTV with large flat screen TV. A stainless steel/Meranti staircase takes you directly from the carpark to the little balcony with table and chairs. Inside the sliding doors is the stunning suite equipped with its own DSTV, large flat screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, mini bar, snack tray and complimentary extras. Spacious cupboards are in the dressing room area which leads to a full luxurious bathroom with a Meranti vanity and underfloor heating. Air conditioning and a king-size, extra-length bed. It is very private, quiet and peaceful and has a view over the tree tops. In fact, sitting on the sofa, you can watch birds in their nests feeding their young and eating the Mulberries off the tree! Deposit and Booking Policies: 50% deposit will be payable on all bookings except one night stays which will be required to pay in full in advance. Parking is for paying guests but is possible for visitors by arrangement. Right of admission is reserved and we maintain the right to ask unruly guests to depart should they cause a disturbance to other guests.
