He returned to South Africa in 2004 and joined SAIL as an investment manager. In 2008 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CIRCA and in 2009 he became COO of both CIRCA and Navitute. He possesses a unique combination of formal qualifications in both finance and HR, giving him a keen insight into the balance of both. She is part of the senior leadership team at SAIL and has an oversight of the strategic direction, expansion and operation of both the Corporate Events and the Golf Division. With more than 15 years of local and international experience in Events, Golf and Marketing, Margaret brings an amazing skill set and extensive government knowledge that gives SAIL the ability to quickly adapt to our ever-changing industry. Both as an entrepreneur and leader, she has the dedication and drive to provide continued profit and growth, while developing strategies that translate into success for our clients. She completed her undergraduate degree and the University of Pretoria and her post graduate degree at UNISA. She has earned an exceptional reputation of integrity and dedication in the events industry and amongst SAIL’s various clients and business partners. She has always enjoyed creating and managing meaningful experiences that put a smile on people’s faces and has pursued this passion by creating and organising memorable experiences that connect people around their interests. He is business minded and constantly pursuing unique and innovative solutions to increase business success and profit growth for his clients. With sport in his veins it was a natural progression to find a career within the sporting arena. With his BCOM Sports Management degree from RAU (now the University of Johannesburg), he quickly found a niche’ in the golfing market which allowed him to manage various golf events and tournaments at Sun City at both the Lost City and Gary Player Golf courses with Sun International. In addition, in order to grow his commercialisation scope, Thomas managed the Vodacom sponsorship of the Western Province Rugby for 4 years. Currently, Thomas is the HOD of Golf at SAIL and has built up relationships with the Sunshine and European Tours which enables him and his team to be in the forefront of all professional golf tournaments on a local and international scale. Radha Chhita career began in the Hospitality industry in 2003 where she gained her local and international Hotel Management experience. She joined SAIL in 2012 as a Hospitality Manager who has managed various stadiums and arenas in South Africa and is currently part of the Senior Management team as the Head of Division for the Hospitality and Stadia Division at SAIL.
