Our fees will be billed monthly and payment is to be made within thirty days of receipt of invoice, failing which interest at the prescribed rate will be levied on the outstanding fees. Where no deposit has been paid, all payment are to be made into out nominated bank account. We have experience in Magistrates’ Court procedure, Regional Court procedure and High Court Procedure. Our practice has grown to practice in this specialised field of law, with specific focus on litigation and advice on review of Administrative actions/decisions. Advise of disciplinary process and recommendations of sanctions. He has experience and his areas of expertise are in Personal Injury law, Matrimonial and Family law, Wills and Estates, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Road Accident Fund claims and Insurance claims. The above experience includes litigation, drafting of opinion for clients, investigation of claims and advice, timeous negotiations and settlements where applicable, research and determination of liability and monetary assessment of damages. He has finalised and ensured settlement of hundreds of claims whilst in his previous employ representing the Road Accident Fund and has a wealth of experience in handling and finalising high value claims. He is currently registered for a Post Graduate Diploma in Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts with University of Johannesburg.
