The SmartFuel Fuel Management System is an advanced forecourt management system, designed for dealer owned service stations in South Africa. The system has limited application on the Franchise portion of the service station market (See the SmartLocal Account System designed for franchise service stations). This forecourt management system was designed specifically for the fuel industry with the Dealer making many of the contributions to the special features required to enhance security and increase the profitability of running a Service Station. You can run as many PC terminals as you need, but it can also be run on a single PC with the full features of the Forecourt, Point of Sale and BackOffice modules. This allows for secure confirmation of activities and eliminates fraud. The system reports activities on the Pumps and POS terminal on the camera and stores that data into a database that can be searched with instant retrieval of events. This allows the search on registration numbers for Account vehicles on sites and find the fill immediately.
