This includes all aspects pertaining to managing the contractual and non-contractual Maintenance and Repairs between client and provider. This includes professional management of the full process with regard to Design, New Equipment Installation, Replacement of Equipment and Modernisations.
We are registered as a lift inspection body with the South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) and are in the process of accreditation.
We offer a comprehensive consulting service for lifts, escalators and moving walkways, which ensures assets are properly maintained, fit for purpose and activities carried out by suppliers are in line with required safety standards.
In addition we are specialists in project management of new lift and escalator installations. Our lift inspectors are accredited by and registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
We have a level 4 BBBEE rating and hold Professional Indemnity Insurance cover.
