And when she really wants to kick, she engages in a spot of kung fu fighting. She enjoys working on custom project solutions and re-organises cupboards for fun. Delicious gnocchi with great wine, followed by chocolate and served by her husband. Being outdoors with the kids and life at the beach is what keeps her going.
