I am a Counselling Psychologist in Private Practice based in Fairland and Bryanston. Done through the process of psychotherapy aiming to assist people achieve greater emotional and personal growth, or gain deeper self-insight and awareness. I help people deal with life challenges and developmental problems to optimise their psychological well-being.
