The full-time staff complement presently numbers 130, comprising 117 engineers, technicians and CAD operators and the balance financial and administrative personnel. Sutherland has been successfully involved as structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and specialist façade engineers on various hotels and lifestyle development across South Africa as well as Sub-Saharan Africa. A wide variety of industrial building projects, ranging from mini factory complexes to much larger factories, warehouses, aircraft hangers, cold store buildings, pharmaceutical processing and packaging buildings, food processing and large distribution centres have been successfully undertaken.
