TALENI-GODI Incorporated is a firm of Attorneys, Conveyancers and Notaries established in 2009 after a long and extensive research was conducted on the need to increase the participation of historical disadvantaged people in corporate and a commercial law field within South African the South African legal system. Mr Taleni is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary of the High Court of South Africa with a high court right of appearance. He specializes in Conveyancing, Commercial property law, Administration of estates and Legislative drafting. He qualified as an attorney at the Legal Aid Board where he obtained experience in Public Interest Law, Labour Law, Family law, and Criminal and Civil litigation. He joined CT Mnisi attorneys of Brakpan as an Senior Associate heading Commercial property law division where he obtained experience in Commercial property law, Conveyancing and Civil litigation, Drafting of commercial contracts, drafting of legal opinions and he is currently a Senior consultant for CT Mnisi Attorneys on commercial property law department. He is a consultant for Matime Makgahlele Attorneys of Benoni where he specializes in Conveyancing and commercial property law. He frequently represents clients in courts of law throughout the Republic on public interest law and Commercial litigation, and before the registrar of deeds in various deeds offices. Mr Godi is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary of the High Court of South Africa with a high court right of appearance. He holds a LLB degree from the University of South Africa. He did his articles of clerkship at the Legal Aid Board, where his main area of focus was inter alia on the following aspects of law, namely: Criminal litigation, Human rights law, Public interest law (Evictions) Family law (Divorce, Custody, Maintenance & Domestic violence) Legal advisory services and civil litigation. He left private practice to join OUTsurance's legal recoveries department as a Legal advisor in 2008, where he acquired experience in the following: Assessing and advising on merits of claims against third parties, Initiate, negotiate, and settle third party claims and all aspects of motor law. He is currently studying towards a master's degree (LLM) specializing in corporate law with the University of South Africa and he is a co-founder and a director at Taleni-Godi Incorporated Attorneys. He did his articles of clerkship at the Legal Aid Board (Benoni justice centre) where his area of focus was inter alia on the following aspects of law, namely: Criminal litigation, Human rights law, Public interest law (Evictions) Family law (Divorce, Custody, Maintenance & Domestic violence) Legal advisory services and civil litigation.
