Ten Stirling Bed and Breakfast, run by David and his very able team is set in lovely mature gardens, has been making guests feel at home since it was established We are well positioned for access to and from OR Tambo International. We are also close to Melrose Arch, Rosebank Mall, the Norwood Mall, the Wanderers Stadium and Golf course and the Waverley Schul. We have great rooms for you to choose from, varying from spacious and open to cozy and compact. We are a great destination for the business traveler. A great stay either overnight or for those coming to consult or train for a longer period. We are also a haven for travellers, tourists or family coming to visit. Sports teams have also made Ten Stirling their home where they can relax inbetween matches playing some tennis, soothing their muscles in the pool or just chilling in the garden. One of the most enjoyable experiences about Ten Stirling is that the rooms are situated in a beautiful mature garden setting, where one can really feel relaxed and not confined to a hotel room. We have several hanging swing chairs for you to enjoy. There is a lovely selection of different types of restaurants in the area to choose from. You are welcome to use any of our facilities (but please do so at your own risk): tennis court, swimming pool, trampoline, use of a braai/s and of course our large garden. The Centre for Advanced Medicine is three minutes away. It is a most convenient location, whether on business or in the city for sport or for leisure. Only issue was wifi was up and down in room 6 apparently other rooms are fine. We really enjoyed our visit here at your beautiful B & B. The rooms are neat and clean and the bar fridge in each room is a bonus. The setting is so pleasing on the eye and the space is great. This place makes it easier to be away from my own home and the still atmosphere is pleasing. There is a swimming pool and tennis court and (to my children's joy) a trampoline as well as a large lawn. Breakfast is freshly cooked and just what you would hope for. We took photos on every swing, because the are so cute! The rooms were wonderful, beautiful grounds and David is a terrific host. Stayed in two rooms in a colonial chalet with my family to bookend a long trip to SA. It is an immensely calm & graceful environment, old fashioned but with a slightly arty vibe. Interesting chairs hang from trees & we were happy to idle away hours just lounging about. It was really quite idyllic, a lovely way to unwind in Joburg after a long flight & a perfect way to prepare for our journey home. You have such a beautiful home that we are always excited to stay at and the breakfasts you make are absolutely devine! David, Ten Stirling proved the perfect base for our 2015 Golf tour!
