Penny is known as the lady behind the scenes, as well as the lady behind the success of legendary marketing communications company Lemon and Lime Integrated communications which she co founded several years ago. Penny diversified when she launched a second company ignition, specialising in project management and have since joined the lille chilli company team. Although Penny’s career has always been in the communications, she in fact studied hotel management aIer high school, Penny admits she never went into the hotel industry but it taught her discipline and the true importance of a client and it taught her that whatever you are doing, its not about one self but the person/client you’re doing the work for. roving that she process what she preach, she was businesswoman of the year 2001 and runner up in Colin Parker is an established events manager with 15 years experience conceptualising and implementing brand activations for numerous South African brands and corporate. He started his career with sponsorship agency Salamander Holdings which provided him the opportunity to project manage events for luxury brand Louis Vuitton the Constitutional Court of South Africa and blue chip clients such as Barclays PLC, Liberty Life, Eskom, Pepsico and Peugeot Motors to name a few. Colin established his own unique brand with his clients by engaging them with a strong work ethic, persistence of a can do attitude, persuasiveness and discipline. A career highlight for him was his appointment as Project Director. Lindsay has been in the media, graphic design and film industry since She has worked with corporate clients, entertainment companies, government departments and SME’s. In 2008, she started Miss Lou Lou cc, focusing on graphic design and various media platforms. As the years progressed, Lindsay found herself involved in video editing, motion graphics and film production. She surrounded herself with professional collaborators in the production territory and hence Even Flow Media (Pty) Ltd was formed. She believes in honesty and precision, and understands the importance of nurturing long term relationships with clients, colleagues and friends.
