Our 8 en-suite rooms are private with separate entrances, tastefully decorated with TV, coffee and tea facilities, fans & heaters, all looking out on our beautiful lush garden. Our Bed and Breakfast is ideal for students, corporate guests, equestrian events and tournaments, school groups, people in transit, golf and sightseeing tours and vacationers. You can expect friendly, homely, warm service from The Rooster’s Nest family and staff, who strive to help and assist our guests in any way possible, making it feel like your home away from home. A number of Flight Schools have booked their students at The Rooster's Nest Bed and Breakfast as well as private students from all over the world. Here at The Rooster's Nest we are firm believers in recycling, and we do our very best as to not waste water or electricity. Our recent contribution was that we installed Heat-Pumps to all our geysers, a great way to save on your electricity bill. But here, just a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of city life, is the friendly little green hamlet of Glenferness. The Area also has many hidden gems such as the Farmyard Party venue to keep the kids entertained all day, horse-riding schools, and the family run The Rooster’s Nest Bed and Breakfast, around the corner from just about everything. All in all, Glenferness is a quaint community that few people would readily give up once sampled. All of our 8 rooms are en-suite, with separate entrances. All tastefully decorated each with its own TV, coffee and tea facilities and ceiling fans. Four rooms are Double Rooms with a double or two single beds; one has a bath and separate shower. Two rooms are Sharing Rooms and two rooms are Single Rooms with daybeds, perfect for a parent and small child. Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners are available and all meals are prepared to guests’ requirements. The property has lots of old, big trees which offer a restful country feel. The love and care you give to all your guests is wonderful, not to mention the tranquil setting so close to the city. They had an absolute ball and thoroughly enjoyed the whole tour.
