Our main line is the manufacture of waterproof seat covers, we have templates for most Pick-up’s, SUV’s delivery vans & trucks on the market which means every set is specifically manufactured for your vehicle, BIG or small, we supply to various dealers as well as the public. We manufacture canvas canopies and frames for pick-up’s as well as canopies and seats for game viewers. We also specialise in building cattle and hunting frames. We have a division that specializes in genuine leather upholstery & re-dying of leather seats as well as doing the complete interior of vehicles. Our furniture upholstery section is doing excellent work, and we also re-upholster boat seats & panels including carpets, engine & boat covers. We manufacture 100% waterproof customized seatcovers. The reason for using seatcovers is to prolong the lifespan of your seats and also to have a stress free trip when transporting your children & pets and also for the outdoor enthusiast. All adjustments handles and levers are exposed on our seatcovers. Our canvas seat covers are fully hand washable in cold water. Our canvas seat covers are fully breathable and thereby prevent sweating. Our waterproof bin liners are custom made to fit each vehicle, it protects the load area of your vehicle from spillage, sand, mud, scratching and scuffing, bin and floor liners protects the entire load and floor area of your luxury SUV, station wagon or 4x4, as well as your car. Our water resistant materials is easy to clean with a damp cloth to remove stains and dog hairs, free fitment of liners at our factory. We have 6 colours to choose from, to suit your requirements and to blend in with the interior of your vehicle. Our qualified team will re-vamp your old lounge suite, dining room chairs, bar stools and office furniture in a fabric of your choice. We specialise in the re-dye of faded leather couches, as well as replacing damaged sections and re-dye to match rest of couch; we only use high quality leather. We manufacture customised back seats for the Colt club as well as Ford Super Cab. We tailor make plastic seat covers for fleet trucks and delivery vehicles. The covers are easy to remove and re-fit and the headrests are separate. Our experienced staff will assist customers who wish to re-upholster their boat seats and panels. We can also re-carpet and make engine and boat covers. At Uthuli, our specialised team can convert any standard bakkie into a game viewer. We can design the vehicle and frame to our clients individual specifications. Our hunting rigs can be customised to fit any commercial pick-up. Our workmanship and materials are of the highest quality. Our standard colour for frames and rails are black, but other colours are also available, including metallic. We can make up a ripstop canopy for the customenr’s existing steel frame or we can manufacture a steel canopy using 50mm round tubing and then cover the frame with a high quality ripstop material. The ripstop canopies are made to customers specific requirements. Frames and covers can be made for any commercial bakkie. We use ripstop and tonneau cover material to manufacture our sparewheel covers. The covers can be embroidered or printed to meet the client's specific requirements. At our foam shop our staff will advise customers on the density and thickness of foam required to upholster any item from lounge suites to boat and car seats.
