She is also well known in the mining industry for her expertise in development and implementation of Social and Labour Plans required to obtain mining rights in South Africa. EVA Solutions specialises in getting companies compliant with legislation relating to Social and Labour Plans, Employment Equity Plans and Workplace Skills Plans. Supporting HR services are also provided to help companies establish the systems required to support their Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions.
